RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Advance Purchase Rate Plan: Full payment is required at the time of booking and the cancellation policy is non-refundable and non-changeable. Full payment for this reservation will be charged immediately once booked. If you fail to check-in then no refund is due to you and full payment of this reservation will be retained.

21 days Free Cancellation Policy - The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation in the 21 days before arrival.

If you fail to check-in or cancel your booking within 21 days of the arrival date 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged as penalty. No cancellation or modification is permitted to any booking within 21 days of arrival date.

The payment card must be presented upon arrival for verification purpose.

On arrival a credit card imprint or cash (sterling) will be taken as security.
The card holder must be present upon check-in with the credit card used for payment. Guest will be asked to provide ID (passport, driving license or national ID card).
*Refunds are subject to a 5% handling fee.
*1.5% Handling fee for Cash Payment over £100
